Hiring of CRCs for Teaching Support
Post-graduate candidates from the Kashmir Division who are domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, with at least 50% marks in PG, are invited to apply to be hired as Cluster Resource Coordinators (CRCs) on a temporary basis for the academic session 2024-25.
Selection Procedure
The selection of candidates will be made as per the following merit & the prescribed scale of weightage:

Clarification on Weightage:
- M.Phil. & Ph.D.: Candidates holding both M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees will be awarded a maximum of 8 points. In such instances, the candidate will receive 8 points for the highest degree (Ph.D.), with no additional points granted for the M.Phil. Degree. For candidates possessing only an M.Phil. Degree, 5 points will be awarded. For candidates possessing only a Ph.D. degree, 8 points will be awarded.
- Publications: One point for each such publication up to the maximum of 4 points. Discipline specific research papers as 1st, 2nd or corresponding author published in peer-reviewed and UGC/CARE approved journals with ISSN and positive impact factor, @ 1 point for each publication. The research paper must have been published not later than the cut-off date for determination of eligibility.
Note:
The merit list will be compiled, subject wise for each district separately. In case two or more candidates of the same subject secure the same points, the candidate having a higher marks percentage in P.G shall be given the first preference and if the tie persists, it shall be resolved based on UG marks. In case the tie persists at UG Marks also, the age of the applicant shall determine the eligibility. In case any dispute arises in determining the eligibility of a candidate, the decision of the Administrative Secretary, School Education Department shall be final. Age 40 years as on 01-01-2024.
